The creation of a light well within the rear garden of the property to serve an existing basement conversion.
Transport Planning and Infastructure (TPI) was responsible for preparing a Final CTMP that took into consideration the local site constraints of the Mews.
The broad methodology included consultation with the relevant neighbours / Resident Associations, the use of narrow bodied vehicles (i.e. Mitsibushi Canter),
no on-site hoarding, site-mixed concrete, a ‘wait-and-load’ strategy and no skips on the public highway. A minimum of 3m width was maintained to allow vehicles to pass.
The condition was subsequently discharged in January 2017.
